Counseling Center Academic Success Series: Anxiety 101: What is it and how to manage it
Anxiety is a natural response but something that can often get in the way of doing the things that matter. Anxiety can also be confusing – how do we know when we are experiencing it and why does it happen? Join us to learn about anxiety, how it can be helpful, when to seek help and coping strategies for managing symptoms of anxiety.
This workshop is facilitated by the Counseling Center, and is an in person only workshop in the Main Library, room 106. Registration is not required, but strongly encouraged.
