AI in Music
This AI in Music presentation will trace the history of computer-assisted music composition (originated at UIUC), and computer-generated music. It will introduce the historically significant, as well as the most modern AI tools for music creation, while discussing their practical, ethical, and legal applications.
This free event will take place in-person in the Grainger Commons (Rooms 233/235) of the Grainger Engineering Library.
Speaker: Przemyslaw Bosak
Bio: Przemysław is an MLIS candidate, Graduate Assistant at the Grainger Engineering Library, composer of around twenty soundtracks for film and theater, actor, and radio host.
