Securing Summer Research Opportunities Workshop
During this workshop, we will explore strategies to identify and apply for summer research opportunities, from finding the right programs to preparing competitive application materials. Students will leave the workshop with (1) a clear understanding of how to locate and select summer opportunities that align with their goals, and (2) practical skills for building standout applications (including drafting effective resumes and securing strong letters of recommendation).
This workshop will be held IN-PERSON in conference room 514 of the Illini Bookstore Building. Use the north entrance and take the elevator up the the 5th floor.
