Counseling Center Workshop: Imposter Syndrome
Impostor Phenomenon, also known as Impostor Syndrome, occurs when someone doubts their accomplishments and fears being exposed as a "fraud," despite evidence of their competence. Are you experiencing this? Do you tend to attribute your achievements to luck, timing, or external factors, rather than your skills or hard work? Come and learn more about how to address it in a workshop from the Counseling Center.
This is an in-person workshop only, and is held in the Main Library, room 106. Registration is strongly encouraged.
